About the role
You will lead one of our four class programs — Players, Beginners, Thinkers or Winners (ages 2–6) — running days built on experiential learning: stories, hands-on projects and play that quietly works like school. With a 10:1 child–teacher ratio, you will genuinely know every child in your room.
What you’ll do
Plan and run experiential learning days from the Kalpaa in-house curriculum
Introduce concepts through stories, songs and hands-on activities
Observe and document each child’s progress; share it warmly with parents
Keep the classroom safe, calm and full of wonder
Collaborate with your assistant teacher and centre head
What you bring
ECCE, NTT, Montessori or B.Ed qualification (or equivalent)
2+ years teaching pre-primary children
Warm, clear spoken English; Kannada or Hindi a plus
Comfort with messy, hands-on, child-led learning
Good to know: Mon–Fri school hours · Reports to the Centre Head
