About the role
You will own the daily rhythm of a Kalpaa centre: leading teachers and care staff, welcoming parents, guiding admissions and making sure every corner of the campus stays safe, warm and true to the Kalpaa standard.
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor the centre’s teaching and care team
Own parent relationships — tours, updates, concerns and celebrations
Guide admissions conversations from first call to warm welcome
Uphold safety, hygiene and quality standards across the campus
Coordinate with the central team on curriculum and operations
What you bring
Graduate degree; early-education background preferred
5+ years in preschool or education settings, 2+ leading a team
Confident, kind communicator in English; Kannada a strong plus
Calm head for busy mornings
Good to know: Mon–Sat · Reports to the central operations team
