About the role
You will work alongside a lead teacher in a Playgroup-to-UKG classroom — helping run activities, caring for children through the day, and growing into a lead role with training and mentorship.
What you’ll do
Support the lead teacher through activities, meals and transitions
Give children one-on-one attention and gentle encouragement
Prepare materials for the day’s experiential activities
Help keep the classroom tidy, safe and welcoming
What you bring
ECCE/NTT qualification or genuine experience with young children
Patience, warmth and a love for early childhood
Basic spoken English; Kannada or Hindi a plus
